Libri Finti Clandestini Milano
Editorial recycling becomes design. Typographic waste, proof prints, old posters and wallpaper become books-objects in small editions
Libri Finti Clandestini is a recycling, publishing and design experiment. Its purpose is to create real books (sketchbooks, notebooks, travel diaries, “book objects”, carnet de voyage…) using “paper found anywhere”, paper people consider waste: typographic waste, proof prints and start-up cards, shopping bags, posters, envelopes, bread bags, wallpaper... They can be small pop up editions (50, 100 issues) or books ready to be written, drawn or for any other purpose the owner wants to give them.
